Java Developer - Limassol
On behalf of our client, a Financial Professional Services & Investments company in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a
Java Developer.
Required Skills
• Extensive Java and J2EE development experience, preferably gained on multi-tier web-based business applications
• In depth knowledge and experience of working with Spring, Hibernate, Maven, SQL, JSPs
• Extensive experience in supporting, modifying and maintaining systems and code developed by others
• An ability to quickly and effectively understand and translate product and business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience using version control systems
• Knowledge and experience of some of the following: Eclipse, Tomcat, HTML/Javascript/CSS, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Ajax, JSON
• Bachelor's Degree (from a recognized institution with minimum grade 2:1 or equivalent) in Computer Science/Software Engineering. MSc/MEng is considered a plus. Good A-Levels is considered a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Experience in financial environment would be considered a plus
