Job description
Our client is a company that develops websites and applications for international advertising databoards. They are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will ideally have at least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing manager role, and experience with analysis of user behavior on the website and in the product.
Job Duties
- Campaign ideation and implementation of marketing programs.
- Setup of targeted advertising in social media.
- Setup of search advertising in Google and other system.
- Control of contractors - SMM, influencers, designers.
- Lead growth and optimization strategy across paid media channels with the focus on managing the agency relationship and onboarding new acquisition channels.
- Own project management and create processes to efficiently optimize and execute growth initiatives against timeframes, resources and budget.
- Develop hypotheses and implement testing strategies to drive growth using creative/copy, audience segmentation, ad placements, keywords etc., target metrics monitoring and setting hypotheses.
- Understand retargeting strategy across Company’s paid marketing to help build and define full-funnel retargeting program, target audience analysis and competitive analysis.
- Market research with analytics to identify performance trends and develop insights to help influence decisions for paid media strategy.
- Monitor and report out on key performance metrics to leadership, search for traffic growth points and selection of relevant promotion tools.
- Develop relationships with channel and technology partners to ensure we're following best practices and gaining access to relevant betas.
- Boost organic website traffic through the combined implementation of keyword-driven and technical SEO tactics.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with a marketing or business degree, with math, statistics, economics or related degrees.
- at least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing manager role.
- experience with analysis of user behavior on the website and in the product (end-to-end analytics, product analytics, CJM).
- Proven track in performance marketing.
- English language skills C1 and above.
- Experience in content creation.4+ years experience in growth/user acquisition roles.
- Experience in media planning, buying, and campaign management across major ad platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Apple, Instagram etc.).
- Proven experience working with creative teams to put out high-quality and creative advertising campaigns that drive growth.
- Ability to find and test new marketing channels as part of the growth strategy.
- Data analysis skills to measure the performance of campaigns to bring in new users and try to optimize that performance.
- Creative, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience – and a desire – to do both strategic planning and day-to-day execution/optimization.
