This International Corporate Services Company in Nicosia is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer.

Job Duties

• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise the firm and its clients in relation to different fields, mostly on matters of corporate and contract law
• Assisting in the preparation of minutes, agreements, legal opinions and other legal documents for a wide variety of companies
• Performing detailed practical research on an array of different areas
• Handling a portfolio of clients with their corporate administration affairs
• Assistance on opening bank accounts on behalf of clients and liaison with various banks to meet customer needs

Job Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer
• At least 3 years' experience as a Corporate Lawyer
• Highly organized and detail-oriented person with the excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and Greek or Russian
• Able to work in the EU with no visa restrictions

Job Benefits

• The company is offering a salary based on skills and experience + 13th salary (depending on experience)
• The working hours are from 8am till 5pm or from 9am till 6pm.
