Job description

One of our clients in Limassol, a group of companies, is looking for an experienced HR Administrator for their Forex company within the group. The successful candidate will assist in carrying out functions relating to HR administration for the company.

Job Duties

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions
  • Answer calls directed to the HR department
  • Organize, do filling and maintain personnel records
  • Prepare new personnel files and agreements
  • Monitor the company's Group Medical Scheme
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative assistant, or relevant role
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Business fluency in the Greek and English language
  • Previous experience working with HR software platforms will be considered a plus
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the labour law
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • The working hours: 09:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m.
