Job description
Corporate administrators help oversee the establishment of a company. You would work daily on various secretarial and administrative support tasks.
Job Duties
- Record keeping and administration duties (Preparation of Minutes/ Resolutions, ensuring corporate registers are updated etc.);
- Issuing Power of Attorneys, Certificate of Incumbencies, Trust Deeds etc.;
- Working closely with the legal department;
- Assisting with application forms required by Regulators;
- Arranging for documents to be executed, certified and/or apostilled;
- Manage correspondence and filing;
- Other ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English language;
- Excellent communication and team work skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Computer literate.
