German speaking Retention Agents (VAC-A21001G)

Job description

Our client is an established CySEC Regulated Forex Broker currently in the process of recruiting further experience German speaking Retention Agents for their Limassol offices.

Job Duties

• Dealing directly existing clients to promote the company's financial services and build and maintain relationships.
• Assist clients with queries regarding trading, deposits and withdrawals and help clients to use new or specific features.
• Reactivate old clients.
• Educate clients on how to trade financial assets and how to use the company's trading platforms.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a Retention role within the Forex industry is a MUST
• Fluent in German and English
• Decisiveness and a strong sense of responsibility with excellent problem-solving skills and a target-oriented mindset are required.

Job Benefits

• Basic salary based on experience up to 2500 Euros gross
• Commissions
