Job description

• Law degree or graduate of Secretarial Studies

• Pleasant personality with good organizational skills;

• 2-3 years of experience as corporate administrator;

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written

• Excellent knowledge of Windows / Microsoft Office;

Job Duties

Providing administrative support to the corporate compliance team for the drafting, updating, and filing of documents in relation to the compliance requirements in accordance with the Cyprus Companies Law.

Job Requirements

• Any previous working experience, in paralegal type of work

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written

• Ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent computer literacy

• A highly motivated individual

• Be able to follow the AML, KYC, due diligence, and other compliance procedures/policies of our Company.

• Self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the group

• Proven ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to execute tasks under pressure

• Knowledge of ZYGOS will be counted as a plus
