Our client, a CySEC Regulated German Investment Firm located in Limassol, is looking to hire HR Administrators to join their growing and expanding team.

Job Duties

• Answer phones for the HR department
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions
• Organize and maintain confidential personnel records
• Prepares new employee files and employment agreements
• Administer and monitor the Company's Group Medical Scheme
• Manage and assist Employee and Company events
• Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Head of HR
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Handle employee requests and queries related to HR
• Responsible to manage and maintain the Health and Safety Committee
• Promote the Company's reputation as “best place to work”
• The Employee shall meet his/her monthly targets as specified by the Head of Human
• Resources at the beginning of each month. Such targets are measured at the discretion of the Employer
• The Employee shall at all times perform his/her duties with the due skill, professional care and diligence and/or any other duties and responsibilities that the Employer may reasonably request from the Employee from time to time, according to business needs
