Job description

Our client is a marketing company that provides digital and social media strategy to increase sales and brand loyalty. They are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will ideally have 3 years experience in digital marketing with proven experience working with creative teams.

Job Duties

  • Setup of targeted advertising in social media.
  • Setup of search advertising in Google and other system.
  • Attending meetings with clients and presenting the agency’s services
  • Retaining clients by establishing a long-term relationship with them.
  • Control of contractors/employees dealing with SMM, influencers, designers.
  • Market research with analytics to identify performance trends and develop insights to help influence decisions for paid media strategy.
  • Monitor and report out on key performance metrics to leadership, search for traffic growth points and selection of relevant promotion tools.
  • Develop relationships with channel and technology partners to ensure we're following best practices and gaining access to relevant betas.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree with a marketing or business degree, with math, statistics, economics or related degrees.
  • at least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • English language skills C1 and above.
  • Experience in media planning, buying, and campaign management across major ad platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Apple, Instagram etc.).
  • Proven experience working with creative teams to put out high-quality and creative advertising campaigns that drive growth.
  • Creative, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience – and a desire – to do both strategic planning and day-to-day execution/optimization.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • knowledge of Search Engines
  • knowledge of paid ads via Social Media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
