Our client is an international group of companies with activities within the Travel & Tourism sector and offices in Cyprus, the UK, Germany and the US is looking to employ a Russian-speaking Office Manager for their office in Nicosia

ONLY candidates who are eligible to work in Cyprus will be considered as the client is not providing work permits to non-EU Nationals

Job Duties

  • Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Document expenses and hand in reports


Working hours:

From 9:00pm to 6:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Russian and Greek
  • High school diploma
  • 2 years + work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Job Benefits

Salary:

1500 Euros gross EUR starting salary while on probation (3 months) and increased to 1700 Euros gross after successfully completing the probation period
