Business Development Manager Small Domestic Appliances (VAC-A21095M)

Job description

Our client, a Company in Limassol that is distributing and selling electronic appliances to retail companies in Cyprus, is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager Small Domestic Appliances. In this role you will support a new brand strategic growth plan through identification and expansion of new and existing customers. The role is responsible for understanding market trends and industry landscape that can create growth opportunities across the retail channels.

Job Duties

• Management of retail channels customers.
• Optimization of sales and margin improvements.
• Seeking, developing and converting new business opportunities for the brand.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Customer interaction, support, and sales conversation to existing and new customers.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Overseeing for the brand marketing activation plan and budgets.
• Forecasting and driving the onboarding of key accounts & targets.

Job Requirements

• University graduate preferably with a Business degree.
• Extensive sales experience within Cyprus and preferably in small domestic appliances sector.
• Results oriented & Business Development experience.
• Self-motivated, passionate, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong pipeline management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
• Fluency in English and Greek is essential
• The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am till 6pm (lunch break from 1pm - 2pm), but needs to be flexible
