Job description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established International company operating in the Medical Tourism sector, we are seeking to recruit a Regional Manager to take responsibility for the development and marketing of their Medical Tourism services here in Cyprus. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 5+ of relevant operational and managerial experience, with specific exposure to the Medical and/or Pharmaceutical sectors in Cyprus. Fluency in English & Russian are essential; knowledge of Arabic and/or Hebrew will be considered advantageous.

Job Duties

• Ongoing operational management of representative office covering a wide geographical area.
• Budget management including the preparation, control and overall responsibility for budget utilization according to strategic budget plan corporate HQ.
• Development of the yearly work plan and responsibility for its implementation and execution.
• Creating and developing relations with the local communities, medical organizations as well as government organisations

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience within the Medical and/or Pharmaceutical sector in Cyprus with an established network of connections and relationships.
• Experience in the management of the sales process is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to represent the organization to local entities and government organizations.
• Fluency in English and Russian is essential. Knowledge of Hebrew and/or Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to manage complex processes.
• Comfortable with technology and information systems.
• Great communicator and a superb team player.
