A leader in building high-performance, cutting-edge technology for the online financial trading industry is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team

Job Duties

  • Act as the customer's focal point.
  • Support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of the products.
  • Identify and analyze the customer’s needs and translate them into tasks to be undertaken by divisions within the company
  • Push forward the business needs of the company with the client, finding the optimal balance between the client’s needs and those of the company
  • Optimizing customer performance
  • Growing Revenue

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience as B2B Success Manager/Project manager  – Must (FinTech companies advantage).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -  Must
  • BA in Economics/Business Management - advantage
  • Experience in the online Forex or Gaming industry - advantage
  • Knowledge of development lifecycles
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Methodical approach to delivery, with attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple projects, risks and issues
  • Customer-facing, excellent interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, details oriented, self-managed, team player
  • Ability to work effectively with and balance the needs of both Business and Engineering team members
