Job description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected Law Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Receptionist to join their expanding team in Paphos. The successful applicant will possess previous, relevant experience within a similar administrative position and possess excellent organisational and time management skills. Fluency in Greek & English is essential.

Job Duties

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
  • Take and relay messages.
  • Provide information to callers.
  • Greet persons entering organization.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
  • Control inventory relevant to the reception area.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Previous experience within a similar administrative-focused position.
  • Knowledge and experience of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Very good knowledge of English and Greek
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Excellent organisational and planning and attention to detail.
