Compliance Officer (Forex) – Limassol

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex Company located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer;

Job Duties

• The Compliance Officer will be accountable to the Head Of Compliance
• Develop and Implement the Company’s AML/CFT Compliance Policies, and procedures to fully comply with regulations and CySEC’s requirements
• Adopt existing and new regulations advising company’s officers
• Analyze changes/amendments in laws and/or regulations and ensure the company’s compliance reporting their effects to Senior Management
• Provide daily Compliance support to company’s departments
• Maintain the accuracy of compliance records, tests and training materials
• Receive monitor and respond to clients’ complaints
• Review marketing, advertising material and publications advising on amendments needed
• Call monitoring
• Prepare and Implement the Annual Compliance Program according to CySEC Compliance Guidelines
• CySEC Reporting Obligations

Job Requirements

• University degree in Law or related fields
• 2 years minimum Compliance experience within a Cyprus regulated Investment Firm
• Good knowledge of CySEC regulations for Investment Firms
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Knowledge of KYC management and compliance
• Holder of CySEC Advance Certificate (must)
• Holder of AML Certificate (optional)
