Job description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an International leading Trading Company in Limassol,  is seeking to recruit a Secretary / Office Assistant;

Job Duties

  • Manage office equipment and office space
  • Distribution of incoming / outgoing calls
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordination and support in the office
  • Take,type and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Greeting clients for meetings
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Arranging booking of transport tickets and accommodation
  • Communication with clients and suppliers by email and telephone regarding deliveries and shipping documents
  • Checking of shipping documents
  • Issue of invoices
  • Maintenance of registers
  • Maintain on file all Companies’ documents and keep these up-to-date

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and English - both in written and spoken
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant field will be considered an advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Customer-service oriented
