Job description
Our client, a CySEC regulated FX Broker, is looking for a HR Assistant to join their team based at their head office in Limassol.
Job Duties
- Handle operational tasks for HR activities such as onboarding, new employees orientation etc.
- Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions.
- Take part in various projects to improve our HR infrastructures, workflows, training, and onboarding plans etc.
- Deliver and implement HR programs and policies, aligned with business strategy and priorities.
- Analyse data trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Deliver and implement HR programs and policies, aligned with business strategy and priorities.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of company events and welfare programs
- Planning employee training, implementing the requirements and keeping the required records.
- Redundancy for the office manager when needed
Job Requirements
- Qualification in Administration / HR will be considered as an advantage
- Administrative experience in HR
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Fluency in English - Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
- Team-player and able to work under pressure
- Friendly and polite personality
