Job description

Our client, a CySEC regulated FX Broker, is looking for a HR Assistant to join their team based at their head office in Limassol.


Job Duties

  • Handle operational tasks for HR activities such as onboarding, new employees orientation etc.
  • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions.
  • Take part in various projects to improve our HR infrastructures, workflows, training, and onboarding plans etc.
  • Deliver and implement HR programs and policies, aligned with business strategy and priorities.
  • Analyse data trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver and implement HR programs and policies, aligned with business strategy and priorities.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of company events and welfare programs
  • Planning employee training, implementing the requirements and keeping the required records.
  • Redundancy for the office manager when needed

Job Requirements

  • Qualification in Administration / HR will be considered as an advantage
  • Administrative experience in HR
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Fluency in English - Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
  • Team-player and able to work under pressure
  • Friendly and polite personality
