Job description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Global Trading company specializing in the supply of premium brands to B2B customers worldwide, we are seeking to recruit an Operations Executive to join their newly established team in Limassol. The successful applicant will play a key role in the setup of the Cyprus operation and will possess excellent administration skills. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.

Job Duties

  • Assisting with office setup including locating space, contract negotiation, furnishing etc…
  • Dealing with the suppliers and handling logistics requirements.
  • Processing commercial invoices and orders to clients in the system.
  • Generating reports for Management as and when required.
  • Monitoring internal data.
  • General administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.


Job Requirements

  • Ideally educated to Degree level in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of previous experience within a demanding, administrative-focused position is a must.
  • Any previous experience with Logistics/Purchasing/Shipping will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Any basic bookkeeping knowledge will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent administration and time management skills are a must.
  • Superior Excel skills are highly desirable.
