Digital Media Specialist (5463)

Job description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices in both Limassol and Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Media Specialist to join their expanding team. The successful applicant will be based in either Nicosia or Limassol and possess a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar position. Knowledge and expertise with web analytic tools such as Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager are a must as well as excellent communication skills in English.

Job Duties

• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Suggest and implement marketing initiatives that have positive impact on brand equity and lifetime user value.
• Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring, analysing and presenting ROI and KPI performance.
• Coordinate the creation of digital content (videos, articles and press releases).
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media communication, campaigns and influencer initiatives.
• Capture and analyse the appropriate data/metrics and insights to measure the success and optimise campaigns.
• Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

Job Requirements

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Media, or in any other relevant field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experience with web analytic tools such as Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and team working skills.
