Senior UX/UI Designer

Job description

Our client is a company that develops websites and applications for international advertising databoards. They are looking to recruit a Senior UX/UI Designer. The successful candidate should have a dynamic personality with previous experience in a similar role and have the ability to gather user requirements, design graphic elements, and building navigation components The candidate must have a sense of style, the correct arrangement of elements on the screen, an understanding of how to make a user-friendly interface, experience in developing design for mobile applications and design for the web.

Job Duties

• Optimize existing user interface designs.
• Understand the design system, UI templates and documentation.
• Ability to understand complex business goals, product and technical content, and Interaction Design in order to create engaging and effective experiences for our project.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), UI/UX design or equivalent degree.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position in the field of user Interface design, Mobile-first and responsive design.
• Portfolio that demonstrates experience with problem-solving, and technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms (e.g. desktop and mobile, Android and iOS).
• Experience in best practices for information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and optimize design based on the value to the user and the business.
• Strong experience with design software and wireframe tools.
• Proficiency in Figma other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Self-driven, able to prioritize and manage workload, multi-task and meet project deadlines.
• Strong team player.
