Job description

Our client, a CySEC Regulated German Investment Firm whose headquarters are located in Limassol, is looking to hire Head of Marketing Communications & PR to join their growing and expanding Marketing team based in our Limassol or Nicosia offices.

Job Duties

• Responsible for creating Content & PR marketing strategies, implementing and measuring the success of communications and public relations strategies that support the delivery of the Company's objectives and enhance the organization's image and position amongst its peers.
• Ensure consistent use and positioning of the brand, including tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity. Responsible for editorial direction, content production across various publications and digital channels (email/social/web), design, media relations, and PR distribution.
• Manage the Content Team, to produce high-quality content and ensure all deadlines are met
• Ensure the accuracy and correctness of all online and offline content through proofreading and editing
• Report directly to the CMO and actively participate in the identification and development of marketing initiatives and promotional materials
• Ensure content is SEO optimized where necessary for better search engine indexing and ranking
• Keep current with emerging trading news through relevant blogs and events
• Keep well informed of competitor marketing initiatives and promotions
• Assure online and offline information is archived for future needs and reference
• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
• Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

Job Requirements

• BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
• Hands-on experience on content writing, and PR & Communications strategies
• Experience within the FX, Fintech, or Banking industry
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns / social media will be considered an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
