Job description
As part of our continuous growth and development, we are currently looking to reinforce our Finance department with a Finance Administrator.
Job Duties
The successful candidate will be part of a high calibre finance team and will have the following main responsibilities:
- Execute bank transfers/purchases requisitions
- Maintain accounting records
- Manage and be accountable for petty cash
- Assist the finance with ad-hoc projects/tasks
- Prepare and maintain ad-hoc reports
- Liaise with banks and be responsible for bank related matters
- Support the finance department with general administration duties as per top management requests
Job Requirements
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and/or previous work experience in a similar position
- Enthusiastic team player who enjoys being part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Strong work ethics, positive attitude and confidential approach
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
