Job description

An online gambling company is looking for an Online Support Representative that will provide support to improve customer experience, handle events and user reported issues, and improve general user experience.

The Online Support Representative will perform a variety of daily tasks within a structured support system to best serve a variety of customer values and needs.

Job Duties

  • Will provide support to the end user of our gaming products
  • Game Play questions including rules and payouts and investigation of game outcomes upon request.
  • Terms and Conditions of Marketing/Bonus Campaigns
  • Develop a clear understanding of UX to draw on when addressing patron experience questions or issues.
  • Perform outbound communications including sales and conversations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • One year of previous Customer Service experience in a direct contact setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Awareness of online casino platforms
  • Must be comfortable using multiple software applications at the same time to reach a single summary or resolution.
  • Fast acting troubleshooting and analytical skills required.
