The Role:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated professional to join our team as Head of Brokerage. Due to the dynamic nature of our industry, it is also crucial to be always sharp and able to continuously adapt and evolve. Job Duties

• Manage execution of trades and overall operations of dealing department.

• Interpret regulatory policies into dealing department’s procedures.

• Trading systems setup, testing and monitoring to ensure optimal systems performance.

• Monitor company exposure and initiate necessary trades with LP’s to manage risk.

• Preparing reports pertaining to Dealing dept.

• Liaising with all service providers (Liquidity Providers, auditors, accountants etc).

• Investigate irregular/suspicious trading activities.

• Investigate and resolve execution queries or complaints from clients.

• Comparing and improvising on trading conditions as compared to competitors.

• Risk Management

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or any other related field.

• Min 1+ year experience in a dealing dept.

• MetaTrader 4 knowledge.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced CySEC certification.

• Organised, methodological with a high attention to detail

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
