International company that is involved in trading/logistics/investments is seeking for a Russian-speaking Internal Lawyer in their office in Limassol.

Job Duties

• Analyzing and correction of the contracts

• Drafting and reviewing of corporate documents

• Administration duties

• KYC procedures

• Analyze regulatory developments, new compliance legislation and market developments

• Other instructions of the management

Job Requirements

• University degree in Law

• Thorough knowledge of law

• Fluent Russian and excellent English, other language would be welcome

• Advanced computer skills

• Self-organized, initiative and responsible, with attention to details
