Web Developer (VAC-A21314C)

Job description

For our client, a well-reputed Financial Investments Firm, we are looking to hire a Web Developer to work on a project related to our core platform. The position applies for both our offices in Limassol and Nicosia.

Job Duties

• Receiving training on a custom CMS (Content Management System) and further develop its functionality based on requirements coming from Marketing and Business Development Department
• Responsible for creating the company's websites using the custom CMS, landing pages and other online resources.
• To effectively meet deadlines without compromising on work quality

Job Requirements

• University / College graduate in Web Development or Computer Science or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in developing websites
• Knowledge of one the following sets of technologies:
• PHP and MySQL
• HTML/CSS/Javascript and/or JQuery
• React or Java
• Good understanding of content management systems
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
• High level of self-organisation, responsibility, desire to learn and grow
• Excellent spoken and written Greek or English communication skills
