Bar Manager

Seeking to recruit a creative hospitality professional for the position of Bar Manager at our Gin & Wine Bar.

The property is located in Vouni.

Job Duties

The ideal candidate would:

• Mix and serve long drinks and wines.
• Maintain inventory.
• Create drink menus.
• Ensure bar is well-stocked and clean.
• Track customer behavior and sales.
• Maintain budget and monitor costs.
• Maintain drink recipe documentation.
• Oversee planning for special events.
• Select and purchase liquor and other supplies.
• Initiate and maintain vendor relationships.
• Uses point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
• Perform other hotel duties if necessary, such as welcoming guests.

Job Requirements

• Customer service skills.
• Enthusiasm and lots of energy.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, Greek language will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in a hotel will be considered an advantage.
