Job description

Our client, an international Property Development company in Cyprus, is looking to employ an experienced Russian Property Sales Manager for their offices in Limassol that will be responsible for the sale of some of their high end property development projects and real estate.

Job Duties

  • Full management of the sales and marketing for the promotion of the company's development
  • Meeting personal sales targets
  • Meeting office sales targets
  • Managing relationship with potential and prospective buyers
  • Building relationships with external third parties and associates for the introduction of potential clients leads and prospects
  • Successfully managing the entire sales cycle with the buyer and all other internal and external parties

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • Previous successful sales experience in Property and Real Estate
  • Sales and Management of high end property portfolio will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office software
  • Result driven, self-motivated and ambitious team player
  • Have a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

The working hours are Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.

Job Benefits

The Company is offering a basic salary of between 40 000 - 50 000 Euros gross per annum based on experience plus an excellent bonus structure for meeting set targets and deliverables.
