Job description

Fibo Group is searching for responsible, experienced office manager(administrator), without visa problems.

Job Duties

  • Manages front desk by taking phone calls, managing post & couriers
  • Greets visitors & directs them to the appropriate persons
  • Acts as a Personal assistant to all directors of the Company
  • Drafts documents to be sent to various ministers, government offices, etc.
  • Arranges  traveling(visas, tickets, hotel booking)
  • Keeps stock of all office supplies & does orders if it's necessary

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in secretarial skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communicational skills in English( Greek is advantage)
  • Without visa problems
