Job description

Our client is an established International Software Development company and they are in the process of establishing their presence in Limassol Cyprus and looking to recruit an Office /HR Administrator 


Job Duties

  • Assisting in the HR/recruitment duties
  • Offer administrative support across the organization
  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc)
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment and facilities
  • Communication with vendors and handling invoices
  • Business trips organization: flight tickets, transfers, hotels, meetings with partners, medical insurance

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Work experience in an administrative or HR role
  • Professional attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement office improvement
