Skash Ltd, a rapidly growing company in the financial sector is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join the Cyprus team at the position of the Call Center Representative. We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. 

Job Duties

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by promoting the benefits of the product.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers via telephone and other support channels.
  • Provide information to customers by explaining procedures and answer questions.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Native Greek speaker.
  • Very good knowledge of English language.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales related filed.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Punctual, hardworking, and reliable.
  • Service oriented professional, with attention to detail.
