Skash Ltd, a rapidly growing company in the financial sector is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join the Cyprus team at the position of the Call Center Representative. We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Job Duties
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by promoting the benefits of the product.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Assist customers via telephone and other support channels.
- Provide information to customers by explaining procedures and answer questions.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales skills.
- Native Greek speaker.
- Very good knowledge of English language.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales related filed.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Punctual, hardworking, and reliable.
- Service oriented professional, with attention to detail.
