Job description

Our client, a CYSEC Regulated German Investment Firm located in Limassol is looking to hire an Arabic Speaking KYC Administrator to be based in their offices in Limassol or Nicosia


Job Duties

  • Perform initial customer Due Diligence on client’s accounts
  • Check all onboarding documents, in order to verify accounts in accordance with our internal policies and procedures
  • Perform clients’ negative database screening through software such as World-Check and resolve/investigate issues
  • Screen the documentation for authenticity during the verification stage by using all our available software - training will be provided
  • Monitoring of clients' documentation (Know Your Customer)
  • Assisting the Risk and AML departments with reviewing and monitoring all our accounts
  • Collaboration with other departments on verification tasks
  • Meet tight deadlines and targets provided

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience working in KYC within a regulated environment will be considered an advantage
  • Business fluency in both the Arabic and English languages (oral and written)
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and all other Microsoft office tools - Computer proficiency is a must
  • Detail-oriented and focused
  • Adaptable with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork
  • A willingness to learn
