Compliance & AML Senior Manager (VAC-A408)

Job description

Due to an internal promotion, this well-established forex company in Limassol is looking for a Compliance & AML Senior Manager.

Job Duties

• Assessing and ongoing monitoring of the constant compliance of the company with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions
• Ensuring that the company continues to remain in compliance with CySEC regulations
• Work closely with all departments to ensure continued compliance
• Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements and guidelines and assisting with updating company procedures and polices where necessary to ensure continued compliance
• Review, approve, and monitor marketing communication for compliance with regulations
• Review & Control of Marketing materials and publications
• Producing and submitting compliance reports to CySEC
• Review & Control of Marketing materials and publications
• Educating,and training employees on matters that are associated with regulations and industry practices
• Ensuring and verifying that all regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated

Job Requirements

• Law Degree, completion of the legal practice and success in the Cyprus Bar Association exams will be considered an advantage
• CySEC Advanced Examination and/or AML Examination is a must
• 5 years of previous experience in Compliance and AML within the financial services
• Previous experience in reading and interpreting regulations, laws, and statutes.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability
• High attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent research skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Confidence to interact with individuals from all levels of the business
• Fluent English, both verbal and written is a must
• Any additional Language will be considered an advantage.

Working hours:

9:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday (they are flexible)
