Job description

Working hours: 11:00-20:00 Monday to Friday 

Job Duties

• Receive and forward Withdrawal requests from the agents. Make sure the Info necessary for the WD approval is all available
• Consult the agents on payment solutions regarding each client depending on the country, amount, payment method available (card, wire, BTC), KYC available, age and other specifics. Get constant updates from the Main Financial Manager regarding any changes in Banks, KYC and other details.
• Chat with the partner solutions regarding any necessary KYC changes and updating agents on it. Negotiating the ETA of that being done with the PS.
• Provide the CRM and Financial introduction for the new agents, consult on all the questions and follow up until the agent is more experienced.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and with any other language beneficial
• Previous experience as CRM, Processing agent in Forex (minimum 6 months)
• Experience in preparing management reports
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
