Electronic Funds Transfer ("EFT") Officer (VAC-A427)

Job description

Our client is a well-established financial firm and the first Cyprus company to receive a license to operate as an Electronic Money Institution granted in 2007. They are currently looking for an Electronic Funds Transfer ("EFT") Officer  for their offices in Larnaca.

Job Duties

• Configure, analyze and troubleshoot the integration of the bank's EFT switch with other organizations electronic fund transfer solutions and ATMs
• Assist in administering ATM development and driving operations
• Handle the Pin Card Management System BIN configuration and the HSM (Host Security Module) management
• Carry out ATM loading and screening as per ATM and POS department requirements.
• Assist in administering ATM, POS and switch-to-switch development certification and driving operations
• Troubleshoot problems related to the switch/core banking processor
• Cross-platform experience (Linux) - Experience with Linux systems is a significant plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Job Requirements

• Ability to handle pressure related to issues with Live core banking systems
• Ability to follow strict procedures and be disciplined in installation, documentation, event handling, and change control
• Ability to work occasional off-hours as well as part of a 24x7 on-call rotation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
