We have successfully built a team of top talented professionals, and are currently hiring FinOps Specialist to join our growing and fast-paced company in Cyprus office!

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain fraud monitoring system for a very large international user base. 
  • Process and evaluate incoming and outgoing payments. 
  • Increase the efficiency of service to top customers and in general. 
  • Grow customer satisfaction. 
  • Coordinate issue resolution with the product, marketing & technical teams. 
  • Generate development ideas based on feedback. 

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year hands-on experience with chargeback, fraud and dispute resolution handling. 
  • At least 1 year experience in consumer focused Support / Risk Department / Finance. 
  • Understanding of fraud-monitoring systems and principles of their work. 
  • Fluent English (level: upper-intermediate and above). 
  • Analytical skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced results-oriented environment. 
  • High proficiency in a computer field. 
  • Desire to help users and solve their issues. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Ford, Power Point advanced level. 
  • Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
