Our client is a European Real Estate and Hospitality organization that develops and operates boutique hotels in select European cities is currently looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced candidate in the role of Hotel Operations Associate / Manager who will be working in close collaboration with the organization leadership team.

A dynamic and experienced candidate in the role of Hotel Operations Associate / Manager who will be working in close collaboration with the organization leadership team.

Job Requirements

• Experience in hospitality having worked as a hotel manager and coordinating the operations and or the sales function of boutique hotels.
• Previous work experience working with senior executives.
• Exceptional communication skills in English. Further languages would be an advantage.
• Very good command of Microsoft office tools.
• Experience of OTA tools, knowledge of PMSs, Channel Manager and Booking Engine.
• Ability to work independent without supervision, aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Team spirit - Adaptability - Communication and organization skills.
• Significant travel within Europe will be required.
