Job description

The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing support to the accounting department and report to the management. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing, working with little supervision, must be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Job Duties

• Coordinates and oversees all office activities.

• Maintains office supplies inventory.

• Communicating with local banks and other public services.

• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues from different branches/partners.

• Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.

• Submits reports and prepares proposals and presentations as needed.

• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.


Job Requirements

• BSc/BA in office administration/accounting or relevant field is required.

• At least two years of administrative work.

• Prior experience in the Travel Industry/Agency required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and be solution oriented.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Ability to cooperate with colleagues through online meetings.
