Head of Post Production (w/m/d)

We are a Real Estate Photography Company with clients all over Germany and Europe. For our Photoshop Department, we are hiring a Head of Post Production. Your Tasks will differ from Preparing RAW Files for further editing, Quality Control of our Photoshop Teams, do final changes to images, Social Media Posts, and Graphic Design. You will be the Head of the Photoshop Team and responsible for keeping our Quality standards which are high above the market's standards. Client requests for changes have to be made professionally and fast by either you or one of our 3 Photoshop teams, which you will be managing daily.

Job Duties

• Making the right selection of Pictures for editing
• Preparing Real Estate Pictures for editing in Adobe Lightroom
• Managing up- and Downloads in CRM
• Requesting changes from Photoshop Teams if needed
• Distributing Photos in the right format to the client
• Managing Change requests by the client
• In between, you will be working on our marketing channels, Graphic Design, and Social Media posts

Job Requirements

• Fast and stable internet connection
• English + German skills in Text and Speech
• Advanced Photoshop skills
• Social Media skills
• Workdays from Monday to Friday
• Good skills: Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom, Premiere and Aftereffects, MS Office, Basic web design knowledge (WordPress)
