Retention Senior Account Manager

Job Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Train clients on MT5 and interact daily with clientele
• Professional communication and assuring client satisfaction
• Help maintain our high levels retention, and reactivation
• Keeping up to date with market information
• Handle clients queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Cooperating effectively with other departments as required

Job Requirements

• Native/Fluent in English
• At least 1 year experience as Retention Agent within FX industry
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Ability to work in a structured manner
• Ability to stay focused in a high-paced environment
• Ambitious and highly self –motivated
• Professional phone manners
• Great objection-handling skills
• Adhering to all company’s policies and procedures, ensuring that all relevant compliance obligations are met and are in line with the relevant requirements.
