Job description
Our client an international Online Gaming Company with operations in Malta, Israel, UK, Moldova, Romania and Cyprus is looking to hire a Administration Manager/ Office Manager for their office in Limassol.
Job Duties
- Day to day administration, independent problem solving, active team leader and assisting management for the smooth operating of company’s activities.
- Overseeing the operations of the administration, HR and basic bookkeeping (there is an external accountant) of the Limassol office
- Maintaining cleanliness and security standards.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Coordinating various projects for the management and seeing ideas through from beginning to completion.
- Assisting in the recruitment process and expansion of the office team.
- Develop, review, and improve administrative policies.
- Carrying out payments.
- Monitoring, calculating and forecasting costs to create an effective budget.
- Coordinating travel and stay for management personnel.
Job Requirements
- Active administrator / HR assistant with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- The ability to think and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and oral. French or Hebrew an advantage but not necessary, any other language welcome.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent organisational, planning and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving.
- Competent computer user of all Windows Office programs plus any other CRM programs (Monday, Trello, Trengo, etc.) and communication apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.); Knowledge of Apple Mac a plus.
- Flexible for after-hours communication and follow up in case of pending or urgent tasks (phone calls / emails).
