Job description
We are hiring an HR administrator for our client who provides world-class services in enterprise architecture consulting, user experience design, enterprise mobile app engineering, and development, active software maintenance, software testing, and production operations support.
Job Duties
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support to the HR Team;
- Assisting with the process of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, updating our database, scheduling interviews, and issuing employment contracts;
- Prepare Employment-related documentation;
- Keeping employee records up to date (digital and soft copies);
- Notify the involved parties are informed about employees' arrival prior to the start date (Office Manager, IT) - necessary meeting requests are arranged;
- Update documents for new-comers (welcome letter, recommendation letter, list of documents for visa and employment);
- Participation in other HR processes and projects;
- Support the HR Team in the general administration of the department, including regional, European, Corporate, and Global requirements;
- Collaboration with affiliate companies/departments in the group;
- Ensure smooth and timely internal communication;
- Liaising with Migration agencies, and managing the visa process and documentation needed for employees and families for both entry permits and visa renewals;
- Follow up on Employees’ Work Permit Expiry Date and initiate the re-submission of Documents;
- Consult employees on visa requirements, process, and stages;
- Work closely with the HR Team to ensure smooth onboarding/coordinate new-comers arrival schedule and overall relocation process;
- Ensure full compliance and governance with better processes and data controls;
- Consult Employees on HR policies and procedures;
- Coordinate transportation and accommodation for new-comers and their families in collaboration with the people in change (Office Manager);
- Execute ad-hoc duties when required.
Job Requirements
- Education: Business Administration/HR degree;
- Experience: 2+ years in HR Generalist role;
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Able to build positive relationships;
- Internal customer focus;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced documentation skills;
- Upper-intermediate (both spoken and written) Greek, English;
- Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
