Job description

We're looking for a skilled individual with knowledge and ability to run our Back Office department.

Job Duties

  • Update and implementation of the Back Office procedures
  • Onboarding and due diligence of clients as per internal procedures
  • Monitoring of the clients’ profiles and activity
  • Processing of clients ' deposits/withdrawals
  • Daily reporting and its analysis
  • Preparing client information for CySEC quarterly and annual reports
  • Working on improvements of the internal systems in cooperation with IT Department

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position (preferable in FX/CFD business)
  • CySEC Advanced/Basic Certificate
  • Deep knowledge of KYC principles, reconciliation of client funds, regulatory reporting
  • Fluency in business English and Russian
  • Extensive experience in working with PSP and banks
  • MT 5/4 Platforms proficiency
  • Process oriented and attention to details
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player
