Residential Property Manager / Cluster Manager - MIRPM

Working in association with a privately-owned property Investment Company owning a unique portfolio of freehold office, residential, hotel, retail and leisure properties based in Canary Wharf, we are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager.

Reporting directly to the Head of Asset Management, and liaising with both landlord, tenants, and appointed estate managers this role will provide candidates with a great opportunity to draw on all of their experience.


Job Duties

The Role:

  • Liaise with external managing agents whom manage three large prestigious estates consisting of over 600 residential                    apartments, 80,000 sq ft of commercial space, and 3 international hotels.
  • Liaise with individual tenants / resident associations and resolve disputes.
  • Review budgets and accounts prepared by respective managing agents.
  • Ensure all freeholder legal obligations are adhered to.
  • Manage any consent for alteration by lessees within the respective developments
  • Overseeing large mechanical engineering projects being undertaken at the various developments.
  • Prepare regular newsletters / updates for lessees.
  • Review managing agent contracts, and manage tender process when / if required.
  • Various ad-hoc duties that full within the remit of a role of this nature.


Job Requirements

Experience, Skills & Other Essential Requirements:

  • MIRPM with 5+ years’ experience working as a property/estate manager.
  • Good knowledge of the landlord and tenant act.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • First-rate administrative skills matched equally with good time management and organisational skills.
  • Confident, well-organised and thorough with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
  • Friendly, polite, approachable and able to deal confidently with difficult situations.

Hours:

  • 9:00 - 5:30 Monday to Friday (additional hours maybe required from time to time)
