Job description

Our client is a Single Family Office with offices in Limassol currently recruiting for an Office Manager 

Only candidates without any work permit requirements will be considered 


Job Duties

  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Maintaining office inventory and security and performing basic bookkeeping including petty cash.
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Address employee's queries regarding office management issues (e.g.travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
  • Assistance with employee relocation processes

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Fluent Russian and English is a must, Greek is considered as advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Experience in relocation processes is considered as advantage
  • Valid work permit or EU citizenship
