Job description
Our client is a Single Family Office with offices in Limassol currently recruiting for an Office Manager
Only candidates without any work permit requirements will be considered
Job Duties
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Maintaining office inventory and security and performing basic bookkeeping including petty cash.
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
- Provide general support to visitors
- Address employee's queries regarding office management issues (e.g.travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
- Assistance with employee relocation processes
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Fluent Russian and English is a must, Greek is considered as advantage
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Experience in relocation processes is considered as advantage
- Valid work permit or EU citizenship
