Job description
Our client is a Crypto Exchange Company based in Limassol and they are now recruiting for a dynamic individual to fulfil the role of Head of Backoffice.
Job Duties
- Supervising the back-office team regarding the opening of trading accounts quality check, process and customer support
- Be able to lead the customer’s onboarding process
- Responsible for KYC verification for potential and existing clients
- Responsible for recruitment, training, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and employees’ discipline
- Implement Operations protocols, productivity, quality and customer-service standards, complete audits and supporting team managers daily inquires and problems
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Support on regulation requirements determined by compliance officer
- Completing CySEC regulatory reports regarding the division on time.
- Cutting manuals and procedures in place for the Backoffice department
Job Requirements
- Experience as Head of Back Office with a CySEC regulated Company.
- Experience in preparing management reports
- Knowledge of AML procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a Related Field – an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- At least 2 years in a management position
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
- Qualified by CySEC and previous experience in CySEC regulation - an advantage
- Achieving business needs while enforcing and maintaining regulatory procedures and instructions
- Lives and breathes reports, numbers and work procedures
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Works well under pressure
- Working hours:
- The working hours are 9am-6pm, Monday - Friday
