Job description
We are an overseas recruitment company providing, manpower in various countries. We are looking for Cyprus native speaker for a telephone-based role. We are looking for a talented person to join our team as a remote-based Appointment Setter leading to the role of Marketing Coordinator who can undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. The candidate must be able to organize creative campaigns and promotional events that add to our company's brand value. Ideally, the candidate must have passion for the part of marketing, have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies, and must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques/methods to promote our products, services, and public image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our exponential growth.
Interview Process
Stage 1: zoom meeting Interview (This entails a pre-screen interview over the phone or computer where you will be introducing yourself and will be answering certain questions)
Stage 2: Phone Interview (once you clear stage one, you will receive a phone-based interview call and the interviewer will further assess you for the role, you can ask all job and company-related questions you may have during the conversation)
Stage 3: Final stage (where you need to join a video conference to discuss starting date and working hours)

- Maintain company's database
- Preferred but not required - Proven experience as a marketing executive or any other similar role.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
