We seek to recruit a Head of Building Maintenance for our Nicosia office.

Job Duties

• Have overall responsibility for the correct and timely completion of building maintenance works, as per the timeframes and standards set with management.
• Delegate work to maintenance assistants and oversee their work.
• Ensure that repairs and replacements of office equipment, tools and furniture are completed, as needed.
• Ensure that the movement of office equipment, tools and furniture is completed, as needed.
• Coordinate and liaise with external associates and employees of the firm, to ensure maintenance works are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that the maintenance team complies with the firm’s health and safety policy, as well as relevant local legislation.

Job Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in building maintenance, with experience in supervisory roles.
• Very good verbal communication in Greek and/or English.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to complete tasks without direct supervision.
• Proactive and reliable.
