Cook-Confectioner Chef

Job description

We are looking for a cook- confectioner chef who has an experience in this position.

Job Duties

• Create the menu and develop desserts breakfast dishes and bakery
• Demonstrate the skill in baking pastries, desserts, cakes, and other sweets
• Control the stock
• Following dessert and bakery recipes
• Executing orders
• Control supply
• Hire, supervise, and train staff
• Monitor equipment and ensure it is in working order

Job Requirements

• Having the experience in this position (minimum of 5 years)
• Be creative, outgoing and passionate about cooking 
• Work Permit in Cyprus (MANDATORY)
