Job description

The successful candidate for this role should have previous marketing and business development experience from the legal and/or professional services environment.

Job Duties

• Responsible for building business in online forex market through gaining new customers and accounts through social media, references, previous contacts

• Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business for existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth

• Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors, activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning operation & marketing strategies.

• Handling client inquiries and ensuring that high level services are provided

• Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the Company’s strategy.

• Plan and undertake presentations in the allocated market and/or jurisdiction.

• Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and factors that influence them,

• Educate clients on the Company’s trading systems,

• Follow the policies and procedures set by the compliance department with regards to processing client documentation and other relative matters,

• Communicate marketing promotions to clients, mainly by telephone, email and social network.

Job Requirements

• Sales experience within the Financial / FX / Options Industry is a must

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development in the financial industry

• In-depth knowledge of the online trading industry,

• Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint,

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments

• Demonstrated ability to work simultaneously on multiple opportunities and meet deadlines,

• Prior experience in project execution or proposal management
